By accessing and using the services provided by Dewiride Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We provide artificial intelligence solutions, including but not limited to AI agents, chatbots, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, Azure AI Foundry services, LangChain solutions, and custom AI development services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Payment and Billing

Fees for our services are specified in your service agreement. Payment is due as specified in your billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

7. Custom Development Work and Non-Payment

For custom development projects, the following terms apply in cases of non-payment:

  • If a client fails to make payment or refuses to pay for completed development work as per the agreed terms, Dewiride Technologies retains full intellectual property rights to all work performed.
  • In the event of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to publicly showcase, distribute, or sell the developed project on public platforms including but not limited to YouTube, our repository website, GitHub, or other digital marketplaces.
  • The client waives any claims to confidentiality or proprietary rights over the work product in cases where payment obligations are not fulfilled.
  • This clause serves as both a deterrent against non-payment and a means for the Company to recover value from completed work.

Important: Payment of all outstanding amounts will restore full confidentiality and transfer intellectual property rights as originally agreed upon.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
