2. What we sell, and where
Each website below is run by the same business and the same legal entity. Our terms of service, refund, delivery and privacy policies cover all of them and give an overview of each product; every product also publishes its own policies on its website, linked on its entry below, which take precedence for that product where they differ.

- Professional services: AI strategy consulting; AI agent and chatbot development on Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK and Microsoft Foundry; custom LLM/RAG engineering; custom software development; company website and web-application development; and ongoing support retainers.

- Consulting from $40 / ₹2,500 per hour. Monthly retainers from $4,000 / ₹2,00,000. Company websites from ₹50,000 per fixed-scope project (plus GST). Web applications, custom software and other fixed-scope projects quoted per statement of work.

Dewiride AI
dewiride.aiConsumer and business SaaS — personal AI assistant
- Goods and services offered
- Access to the Dewiride AI assistant on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis: customers top up a wallet and the balance is drawn down as they use the service. Organisations can also have the assistant installed as a private setup in their own Microsoft account and Azure subscription.
- Pricing
- Prepaid wallet top-ups from $5. No subscription and no minimum commitment — you only pay for what you consume. A private setup is priced for each organisation and agreed with it directly.
- Billing model
- Prepaid wallet. One-time top-ups by default; optional auto top-up can be switched off at any time from account settings. A private setup is billed as agreed with the organisation.
- Delivery
- Credits are added to the account immediately after a successful payment and can be used straight away.

- Download links are made available on the order confirmation page and by email immediately after payment.

Dewiride Analytics
analytics.dewiride.comHosted web analytics (software as a service)
- Goods and services offered
- Monthly subscriptions to the hosted Dewiride Analytics service, which measures traffic to the customer's own websites and classifies each visit. The detection engine is also published free of charge under the AGPL-3.0 licence for anyone to host themselves.
- Pricing
- Monthly plans: Starter $9, Growth $29, Scale $79. In India, prices are in rupees with GST included: Starter ₹799, Growth ₹2,499, Scale ₹6,999. A 7-day free trial needs no card.
- Billing model
- Monthly subscription, paid in advance by card through Stripe and renewed each month until cancelled. Cancel any time in the product; the plan runs to the end of the paid month and is not renewed.
- Delivery
- Online access, available immediately after sign-up. Nothing is charged until the customer chooses a plan.

4. Payments, currency and tax
- Payments are processed by Stripe, and some payments on shop.dewiride.com by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details — they go directly to the payment processor over an encrypted connection.
- We charge in INR and USD. The currency and the exact amount are always shown before you confirm a payment.
- Card payments taken by Stripe appear on your statement as DEWIRIDE.
- Indian customers are charged GST at the applicable rate in addition to the listed price, except on Dewiride Analytics plans, which are billed in rupees with GST included or in US dollars, as our terms of service explain. Prices shown to customers outside India are exclusive of any local taxes or duties, which are your responsibility.
- A receipt is emailed for every payment. Dewiride AI issues a GST invoice for every payment, downloadable from your billing page; for other purchases, GST invoices are issued on request — email billing@dewiride.com with your GSTIN.
- Dewiride AI is prepaid and consumption-based: nothing is charged automatically unless you explicitly enable auto top-up, which you can disable at any time.
- Dewiride Analytics plans are monthly subscriptions, charged in advance and renewed each month until you cancel in the product. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
5. Legal and export restrictions
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.
- We do not sell to, or provide services in, countries or to persons subject to applicable sanctions or export-control restrictions.
- Our software and AI services may not be used for unlawful purposes, or for any use restricted by the terms of the underlying model and cloud providers we rely on.
