- Professional services: AI strategy consulting, AI agent and chatbot development, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK and Azure AI Foundry implementation, custom LLM/RAG engineering, and ongoing support retainers.
- Pricing
- Consulting from $40 / ₹2,500 per hour. Monthly retainers from $4,000 / ₹200,000. Fixed-scope projects quoted per statement of work.
- Billing model
- Invoiced against a signed proposal or statement of work — advance, milestone or monthly billing.
- Delivery
- Delivered remotely as agreed in the statement of work, with source code, documentation and handover.
Dewiride AI

- Goods and services offered
- Access to the Dewiride AI assistant on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. Customers top up a wallet and the balance is drawn down as they use the service.
- Pricing
- Prepaid wallet top-ups from $5 (or ₹400). No subscription and no minimum commitment — you only pay for what you consume.
- Billing model
- Prepaid wallet. One-time top-ups by default; optional auto top-up can be switched off at any time from account settings.
- Delivery
- Credits are added to the account immediately after a successful payment and can be used straight away.

- Goods and services offered
- Downloadable digital goods: chatbot and AI agent source code, reusable project templates, sample integrations, and technical courseware. No physical goods are sold.
- Pricing
- ₹9 to ₹2,999 per item, including a number of free downloads.
- Billing model
- One-time payment per item at checkout. No recurring charges.
- Delivery
- Download links are made available on the order confirmation page and by email immediately after payment.
3. Customer service
One support team handles every property. We answer within 1 business day.

4. Payments, currency and tax
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — they go directly to the payment processor over an encrypted connection.
- We charge in INR and USD. The currency and the exact amount are always shown before you confirm a payment.
- Charges appear on your statement as DEWIRIDE.
- Indian customers are charged GST at the applicable rate in addition to the listed price. Prices shown to customers outside India are exclusive of any local taxes or duties, which are your responsibility.
- A receipt is emailed for every payment. GST invoices are issued where required — email billing@dewiride.com with your GSTIN.
- Dewiride AI is prepaid and consumption-based: nothing is charged automatically unless you explicitly enable auto top-up, which you can disable at any time.
5. Legal and export restrictions
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.
- We do not sell to, or provide services in, countries or to persons subject to applicable sanctions or export-control restrictions.
- Our software and AI services may not be used for unlawful purposes, or for any use restricted by the terms of the underlying model and cloud providers we rely on.
